The EvoGoBox Landed Cost Calculator provides planning estimates only. Do not make payment from a calculator estimate.

Your official EvoGoBox invoice is issued only after your package and documents have been received and reviewed at our Fort Lauderdale warehouse.

Freight is charged on billable weight. Final freight may be based on actual or dimensional weight, whichever is greater, as confirmed when your package is received.

Barbados Customs retains final authority over classification, duty, VAT and all import charges. Customs assessments may differ from any estimate provided.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your declarations, including item descriptions, declared values and invoices you upload.

Shipments above the applicable declared-value threshold may require a formal ASYCUDA customs entry and associated fees.

Some items are restricted, prohibited or hazardous and may require approval, special packaging or documentation before they can ship. Check the Restricted Items page or contact us before purchasing.

Items that cannot be accepted may need to be returned or disposed of at the customer's cost.

Consolidated shipments depart on a scheduled cycle. Departure dates, transit times and delivery or collection timing may change due to airline, customs or operational conditions beyond our control.

Documents and payment must be completed in time for the scheduled departure, or your shipment may move to the next cycle.

Shipment charges are payable against the official EvoGoBox invoice. Payment instructions are provided with each invoice.

Uploading a payment confirmation helps us verify your payment faster, but payment is confirmed only once funds are verified by EvoGoBox.
